Always a Tailwind!

That’s how it feels when I ride my Giant TCR Advanced with the Dura-ace deep dish wheels. They are so much faster than the Ksyrium’s I was using and it looks way faster. I look fast even when I'm going slow. A good wheel set is the biggest upgrade you can make on a bike because rotating weight is the worst kind. The deep dish rim cuts down on the wind resistance and is nice and stiff. I can’t wait to race them at Gila and Joe Martin, it’s almost like doping. It still won’t be enough for me to be a GC guy but I’m hoping to get a top ten in a stage or two. I also feel like my training has been going really well and should be nice and rested for the races. I think I may have finally found the balance I have been looking for.
