Sicily is a destination mostly known for its cultural patrimony...most people don't know there are good cycle tracks. It's a mountainous region rich of natural parks and long beaches. I'd like to share my insider's tips to help you find good sights where bike in Sicily.

Placed over a rocky hill dominating the valley of the Alcàntara river, Castiglione di Sicilia is outstanding for its rich production of wine grapes, vegetables, citrus fruits, and excellent olive oil.

Placed in the south-eastern corner of Sicily, Noto is famous for its Baroque architecture, and since 2002 it has been part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site 'Late Baroque Towns of the Val di Noto'. The principal tourist activity in Noto is simply a wander around the narrow streets, admiring the golden-coloured stone buildings, the facades and balconies.
