I really don’t see any harm in where the bike is parked but I suppose it should be on one of the bike racks. When I was taking this picture with my phone I asked the Parking Nazi if he was for real. He just looked at me with this shit-eating grin and nodded like he was really proud of what he was doing. Talk about taking your job way too seriously. He’s probably the same bastard who gave me a ticket four months ago which I still haven’t paid. They can come chase me down if they want their $30, I don’t like them and they can kiss my ass.

I didn't even know it was illegal. I know on private property it isn't; at least in Florida you can tie your bike up to anything you want unless the owner forbids it explicitly. I guess if it was on a city street it would be different though. Still, gimme a break.
