It was as good or better, than any hockey game I have seen, and I played semi-pro for a year. They played at the Pepsi Center down in Denver which is where the Avalanche play as well. To tell you the truth, I’m amazed Lacrosse isn’t more popular. The arena version is fast, fairly high scoring and really rough. It looks rougher than hockey! You should see these guys wail on each other with their sticks or whatever you call them. The Mammoth won 13 to 12 against the San Jose Stealth. The place was packed and the crowd went nuts the entire game. The best part is you can go to the game for a fraction of the cost of Avalanche tickets and its more fun. I think I found my new favorite sport.
