COUCH POTATO REDEFINED

The tagline for ATHLETE is "Defy Definition". So it's only appropriate one of the featured athletes in the film shows us how she's redefining the term "couch potato".






After my post on Monday about the Expresso Fitness Bike, I received an email from athlete Kellie saying she too had just started using a bike simulator at home to train for Ironman Lake Placid. Except her simulator, called the CompuTrainer, is a tad more advanced. It actually includes the Lake Placid bike course and a host of features to help cyclists and triathletes improve their power and speed.



What a way to spend an hour in the family room. I should probably stop munching on these pork rinds now and head to the gym.
