Only Two Weeks Away

Posted by whitey on 4/16/2007 on whitey's blog | Groups: Team Einstein

Only 15 days until I leave for my first big race of the year. First it’s the Tour of Gila and then Joe Martin. I am mostly looking forward to Joe Martin because I can do really well there. With the exception of this weekend my training has been hard and this week will be no different. I’m going to really push it this week though because I have a recovery week next. It will be nice to rest up for the back to back stage races. Hopefully I feel better for the races than I do now because I am really tired. I think it’s a combination of training hard and then staying up too late with my visiting family this weekend. Oh well, Friday night was definitely worth it!

On another note, did you see the post Riding In A Shadow Of A Crash? Nice picture of our cat 3 teammate doing a scorpion.

Also check out the slide show by Marty at The Daily Camera Online. He took some cool shots.
