Windyerna Mofo

The wind has been crazy around here lately and it’s made the riding difficult. Some of the gusts are so strong not only do they make it hard to stay on the road but they suck the breath right out of you. And just to make it fun, many of the gusts carry sand and tumble weeds. It’s all bad though, the temperature is in the mid fifties and sunny. Its days like this that make me want to ride east all day. Maybe even all the way to Kansas. Of course that would be a suicide mission unless you had someone give you a ride home. Can you imagine riding uphill against a 40 mph headwind for over 100 miles? Now that would be hardcore. Maybe I should start my own race
