What do you guys do to cross train - if at all? Running? Swimming? Hopping on a MTB trail? Which is best, and how often?

Thanks!

I only cross train for a short period after the season is over and it usually includes hiking, nordic skiing, or snowshoeing. As far as the best way to cross train, I would have to say nordic skiing.

Doesn't all that training keep you away from your family?

No, I live in a great place called Boulder so I can train from home while the kids are at school. I did have to sell my son's kidney so I would have money for a new set of wheels though.
