Cycling aches and pains

This year I have been doing a lot of bicycling my goal is to ride 2,500 miles I have really put the bit to the horse this year but I have noticed some aches and pains that I have not had in the past with my right shoulder and my left forearm they ache after riding. Its tollerable but I notice it. Could it be from over use or could it be from riding position? or somthing like that? Has anyone experienced this with there cycling during a season? Any help or ideas about this would be apreciated. Thanks
