Hello from PA

I am taking the afternoon to rest since I crashed this morning.  So I was surfing and found this great site.  I will visit often and hope it helps me through the winter.  I have been riding for about 8 years, and ride a Trek Madone.  I have participated in two duathlons and hope to race in a few more next year.
