About two weeks ago, my partner and I were doing an easy recovery ride on our favortie route.  We were both traveling about 20mph...out of the corner of my eye I saw a dog approaching form the right, barking.  So I slowed.  I was afarid either I would be bitten, hit the dog, or forced into traffic.  My partner did not notice I slowed and slammed into the back of me.  We both landed in the traffic lane.  I heard brakes and looked up to see a SUV sliding our way.  My partner jumped to the side of the road, but that was the same direction the car was sliding.  Neither of us did get hit by the car, I have a fractured tailbone, and some cuts, and bruises.  She has some cuts and bruises.  The bikes are in the shop, and will hopefully make it.  I have been terrified at the thought of riding.  How do you get back on the bike?  How do you ride that route and not tense up?  I tired to take my mountain bike out for a little spin, the pain is not the problem.  My confidence and fear are.  How do I get over it?
