While out on a ride today, I ran into BMC rider Jonathan Garcia. We chatted about his experiences out in Cali during the big race. He spent 23 days over there getting ready and ended up having multiple flats during the race.

Well, yesterday I got Jason Donald (team rider for Slipstream) on the phone to talk a little bit about the upcoming Tour of California. We talked about his recent racecapades in the Bahamas and Hawaii before he gave me a rundown of how he's preparing for the big one out west -- including, of course, throwing down some pre-race trash talk for Jonathan Garcia!

I was at MOB training center (in Denver, Colorado) the other day when I ran into (new team rider for BMC) Jonathan Garcia on the trainer, prepping for the Tour of California. Not being one to shy away from a chance for an interview, I asked him a few questions right there while he was "riding." Here's what he had to say:
