Cycling Resume

Favorite thing about cycling
It is so relaxing. Also I have 4 kids and if I didn't bike or run I would probably go crazy! I also thinks it is great exercise. one last thing, I can stop and go as I please. If I ride the coast in Fl. I can stop and enjoy the view or race on to the end.
