The Story

This video demonstrates what unweighting your trailing foot off of support looks like from the front. It is visually apparent by the swaying of the bicycle from side to side as the rider accelerates, he positions his GCM directly over the pedal he is applying his body weight to. The Pose Cycling Change of Support Drill clearly demonstrates how this unweighting happens in a controlled environment.
